Elaine Kennedy is a certified member of the Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec (OTTIAQ), a full member of the Literary Translators’ Association of Canada (LTAC), and an active member of the Quebec Writers’ Federation and the Federation of BC Writers. She is also a member of Deux Voiliers Publishing, a writers-plus collective founded to promote novelists wishing to combine beauty with an examination of human nature, and to support translators seeking to bring new voices to Canadian readers.
